1. About Specialized Insurance
Specialized Insurance (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a licensed independent insurance agency located at 204 Medford Ave (Route 112), Patchogue, NY 11772. We act as an intermediary between clients and insurance carriers. We are licensed to conduct business as an insurance agent/broker in the State of New York.
We do not underwrite insurance policies. Any policy issued is a contract between you and the applicable insurance carrier, not with Specialized Insurance.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting a quote, completing an application, or engaging our services in any way, you confirm that:

Our services are provided based on the information you supply to us. It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and complete. Misrepresentation or omission of material facts may result in denial of coverage, policy rescission, or claims being denied by the carrier.

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all dealings with Specialized Insurance. You understand that:
- Insurance quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon verification
- Providing false or misleading information is considered insurance fraud under New York law and may result in civil and criminal penalties
- Any material change in your circumstances that may affect your coverage must be reported to us promptly

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of your use of our website or services exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to Specialized Insurance in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
This limitation does not apply to our liability under applicable New York insurance regulations or to claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
